EastPoint is a social platform that allows users to share multimedia content such as life, pictures, and text. We hope to create an open, innovative, and friendly social network, where users can discover different cultures, exchange different opinions, and create different values. To achieve this vision, we need the platform and users to work together to maintain a healthy and harmonious network environment, and create a positive, interesting, and loving community atmosphere. To this end, we have formulated the “Platform Civility Convention” (hereinafter referred to as the “Convention”), please abide by the platform service providers and all users. We will review the recommended content in accordance with the norms of this Convention, and you also please follow the norms of this Convention to publish and disseminate content and participate in interaction.

1.Our common code of conduct is as follows:

We encourage you to abide by the common code of conduct of the online community, publish content and information with honesty and credibility, treat others with respect and understanding, treat different cultures with tolerance and cooperation, create value with a positive attitude, and maintain a good community atmosphere.

2.We prohibit you from publishing and disseminating the following content:

Content that violates local laws, regulations or international conventions;
Content involving sensitive topics such as national security, territorial integrity, sovereignty and dignity;
Content that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others such as intellectual property rights, trade secrets, portrait rights, reputation rights, etc.;
Content that disseminates false, misleading, fraudulent, malicious attacks or other untrue or bad information;
Content that contains violence, bloodshed, terror, pornography, gambling and other violations of social morality;
Content that contains racial discrimination, gender discrimination, religious discrimination or other incitement to hatred or disrespect for others;
Content that contains drug-related content;
Content or behavior that is not suitable or inappropriate for minors;
Other content that affects the normal operation or user experience of this platform.

3.We prohibit you from using this platform for the following activities:

Impersonating others or institutions, or using false identity information to register an account;
Harassment, threats, intimidation or invasion of privacy of others;
Using technical means or other methods to interfere with the normal operation of this platform or the normal use of other users;
Involving minors in pornography and indecent content/behavior;
Infringing on the physical/property/personality/privacy of minors;
Other activities and content that affect the life and property safety and healthy growth of minors;
Users are not allowed to use this platform for harassment activities, including but not limited to ignoring the clear rejection of others, sending repeated or identical messages to others in the form of comments, private messages, seeking attention, etc.;
Minors are not allowed to use or register on this platform. This platform will use face detection technology and manual review to prevent minors from using EastPoint;
Other activities that violate laws and regulations or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others.

4.For violations of the above provisions, we will delete the offending content and punish you with warnings, restrictions on functions, account bans and other measures.

5.We provide you with a smooth channel for reporting and infringement complaints. You can report and complain through the application or email.
In-app reporting: You can choose the appropriate reporting method according to the scene of illegal or bad content. We will verify and deal with it in time after receiving the report or complaint. We have the right to decide whether to delete or block the relevant content according to our own judgment, or take other necessary measures;
We respect and protect your legitimate rights and interests, while also calling on you to abide by the principle of good faith when reporting or complaining. Do not maliciously report or complain about others, otherwise we have the right to punish you;

6.In order to provide you with better service or due to changes in national laws and regulations, policy adjustments, technical conditions, product functions and other needs, we will revise this Convention in time, and the revised content will form part of this Convention.

This Convention will take effect on 2023-09-01
